Schlage is launching the Sense Pro Door Lock, which features hands-free unlocking via iPhone or Apple Watch. This smart lock utilizes Ultra Wideband technology, allowing users to unlock their doors seamlessly without needing to physically interact with the lock.
The Sense Pro smart deadbolt is Schlage's first smart lock to feature its new Converge technology, which enables hands-free unlock using a compatible iPhone or Apple Watch. Although initially limited to Apple devices, Schlage expects the lock to receive Aliro certification later this year, expanding hands-free unlocking to compatible Samsung Wallet and Google Wallet users.
