A new Telegram bot, sec-analyzer-ai, has been developed to monitor SEC filings and insider trading activity for a customizable list of tickers. This bot, powered by OpenRouter's free large language models (LLMs), can be triggered by natural language commands and runs on Android devices or any Linux machine. It supports 13 form types, including 10-K, 8-K, and Form 4, and allows users to compare two tickers side-by-side.
