Apple unveiled iOS 27 and macOS Golden Gate 27, featuring enhanced Siri AI, Liquid Glass refinements, and the final macOS version that supports Rosetta for Intel apps.
Apple has rolled out the 2026 flagship updates for its consumer operating systems – iOS 27 for iPhone, iPadOS 27 for iPad, watchOS 27, visionOS 27, tvOS 27 and macOS 27 “Golden Gate” for Mac – all featuring the newly branded Siri AI. The updates are available now as free over‑the‑air downloads.
The most visible change is the integration of Siri AI, a large‑language‑model‑based assistant that runs on devices equipped with Apple Intelligence.
