The effort, funded through a government tender, includes a ten‑month allocation of 256 Nvidia B200 GPUs to the winning team, a detail disclosed in a recent industry report.
The consortium’s work is complemented by VIDRAFT’s AX‑RAY safety‑assessment framework, which applies a 117‑item checklist to evaluate the model’s robustness, transparency and compliance with emerging AI governance standards.
